after 2nd roudn teacher tell me 5.46min
then i like still got lot of time so cna slower, then used 3min32sec for 800m... pathetic sia!!!

nxt thursday doing pull up, hope i can do at least 5 so can get gold tis year FINALLY WOOHOO

Well practically training nowadays sucks even more than be4, dunno wad happened...
Had my NAPFA 5 stations on monday!!
Sit-up : 43(5 points)
Shuttle run : 9.9sec(5 points)
Standing Broad Jump : 240cm(5 points)
Sit & Reach : 38cm...(3 points, so lucky xD)
Did not do chin-up and 2.4km run due to rain~

so much things happen in the past few days and i kinda miss all my friends since i nvr on9 for quite a while!!!
School got so much homework i cant even cope now and having headache due to tuition stuff..
And I HAD MUSCLE CRAMP FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS AT THE THIGH AND BACK AREA!!!!
so pain and i cant jump as high as be4... DAM THE NAPFA TEST!!!!!
